Marty
and his wife Vickie have three boys, Joe Don (21) Brady
(13) and Aaron (10). He successfully operated a photography
business for over 20 years before venturing into real
estate with Jerry Jackson. His new passion for real
estate shows in his aggressive marketing techniques.
In 2005 and again in 2006, he became a member of the
5 Million Dollar Club. Marty is active in his church,
volunteers with coaching his sons and is the Executive
Director of the Brandon
Burlsworth Foundation. The foundation is
best known for the “Burls Kids” program
seen at every home Arkansas Razorback and Indianapolis
Colts football game.

Barbara
Burlsworth has been in real estate since 1997. She started
her career with Century 21 and then joined Jerry Jackson
as he opened his office in 2001. In 2007, she and her
son Marty ventured out to open Burlsworth
and Associates. She has 3 sons, Marty,
Grady and the late Brandon Burlsworth. In her spare
time, she can be seen with her 4 grandchildren or volunteering
at church. She is also one of the founders of the Brandon
Burlsworth Foundation. The Foundation,
formed in honor of her youngest son, strives to help
underprivileged children in Arkansas and in the state
of Indiana.

Hoffman

Gwen
Hoffmann was born in Harrison, Arkansas but lived in
Mountain Home until moving to Fayetteville to attend
the University of Arkansas. Gwen returned to Harrison
after living in Nashville, Tennessee, where she worked
for a firm that produced Christian themed children’s
films.
Gwen
lives in Harrison with her husband Scott, and children
Grace and Garrett. She is a member of the Harrison School
Board, youth leader and Sunday school teacher at First
Presbyterian Church and is active in PTA. She is also
co-owner of Hoffmann Audio Video and Hoffmann Creative.
She enjoys exploring the beautiful Ozarks Mountains
with her family and friends.

Chuck Tennyson

Chuck is a graduate of Harrison High School and Mercer University. He is a CPA and built a successful career over the last 25 years in Atlanta, GA, most recently as Director – Income Tax for Verizon Wireless.
Chuck reached a long-held goal of his recently by moving back home to once again be with family and friends. He and his wife Tammy reside in Harrison and are members of the Capps Road Church of Christ. Chuck and Tammy have three children, Matthew and Jaclyn who reside in Atlanta, and Kristen who resides in Springfield, MO with her husband Jay and son Bazze. Chuck and Tammy enjoy Razorback games, floating the Buffalo, spending time with their grandson, and exploring the back roads of the beautiful Ozark Mountains.

Shannon
Cox is a graduate of Valley Springs High School and
presently resides in Harrison with his wife Julie and
three children, Shelby, Reagan, and Garrett. After moving
several times with the restaurant business over the
last eight years, Shannon and his family were finally
able to buy a house and set their roots in Harrison
. The process of buying a home lit a flame of interest
in Shannon that he has not been able to extinguish.
He is currently the award-winning General Manager of
Colton ’s Steakhouse for the last five years and
a licensed real estate agent with Burlsworth and Associates.
He is enthusiastic in all his endeavors and works hard
to meet the needs of his clients. Shannon enjoys hunting
and fishing here in the beautiful Ozarks and spending
time with family and friends. |

Bob
Edmonson is a lifelong native of Harrison . He and his
wife Sara have two boys, Michael (19) and Jordan (13).
Bob has been active in the community for many years
from volunteer coaching youth sports activities such
as soccer, baseball and basketball and also serving
in a leadership capacity in community organizations
and boards such as United Way, North Arkansas Soccer
Association and the Bergman School Board. Bob has worked
in the business community for many years, but his love
for working with kids brought him into a teaching career
where he is also a teacher in the Mt. Judea school district.
During the summer of 2007 Bob acquired his real estate
license and is enjoying meeting the real estate needs
of his clients and customers in Harrison and the surrounding
area. |

Nikki Walters

Nikki Walters received her real estate license in April of 2008 and has joined the team of agents at Burlsworth & Associates. She is originally from Bloomington, IN where she attended Indiana University School of Music, majoring in vocal performance. In college, she worked for Petsmart where she quickly and aggressively climbed the corporate ladder. She was promoted and transferred to Chicago, IL., where she met Billy Smith, a native of Harrison and followed him to Harrison in the summer of 2007. Nikki has fallen in love with the beauty and charm of Arkansas. In her spare time she likes to go biking and boating. She is also an accomplished singer and musician.
Nikki has actively been involved with real estate investment for the past two years, so she realizes that buying a home can be the most important purchase you will ever make. She is a woman of integrity who believes in maintaining an open and honest working relationship with both buyers and sellers. Nikki is very excited to make it her “mission” to deliver exceptional service to the wonderful town of Harrison, AR.
